Group Fitness

Group Fitness classes are a great way for participants to build new relationships in a positive and encouraging environment while getting a great workout!  Some of FitRec's most popular classes include Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Spin, and Cardio Dance With over 30 classes each week, we are sure there is a class for you! Below, you can find a copy of the current group fitness schedule, as well as a Google Calendar that you can subscribe to in order to import classes directly to your personal calendar. To register for Spin and Barre, use the directions below.  Registration will open 24 hours before the scheduled time of the class.

1. Follow the link to connect you to the online portal, FitRec Connect 
2. Select “Sign In” & Choose “Use My Local Account” if you do not have a BUID. Select “CAS” for all other users and follow prompts.
3. If selected “Use My Local Account” this will prompt you to use “Already Have An Account? Your username will be “first.last” For example, susie.jean and your password will be 1900Belmont & after you login, it will prompt you to create a password of your own!
4. Once you are logged in, click the group fitness icon in the middle of the page
5. All available classes & programs will appear under “All Courses”(Note: Barre & Spin classes only open for registration 24 hours before the scheduled class time). Once the desired class is selected, add it to your cart.
6. Proceed to check out & your name will automatically be registered for the program!
