Archived Catalogs

Course listings on the official transcript correspond to the catalog of the year the course was taken. To review course descriptions as needed the archived catalogs from 2017-2018 to the present are located in the dropdown menu in the upper right of the current University Catalog. Archived catalogs from 2000-2001 to 2017-2018 are all on-line located in the left hand menu at the bottom on the home page of the University Catalog. Archived Catalogs prior to 2000 are only in bound paper copies and maintained in the archived section of the Lila Bunch University Library.

The University catalog in effect at the time a student enters is the “catalog of entry,” which details the program of study (Major, Minor, Degree BELL Core and all requirements) for graduation for students entering that year. With each entering class the Office of the Registrar during the new freshman/new transfer orientation describes in sessions the “catalog of entry” and where it is located. This also includes that the student’s DegreeWorks, which matches the catalog of entry to the program of study the student selected. [Graduating under the “catalog of exit” is allowed under graduation requirements. Questions about this option should be directed to The Office of the Registrar or the student’s Faculty Advisor at least two semesters out from the planned graduation date].
