Maximiliano Gluzman

MGFixed.pngMaximiliano Gluzman is a Belmont Fellow at the College of Law, where he teaches Legal Information and Communication and Immigration Law. Prior to joining Belmont, he practiced immigration law while based in Memphis, TN, representing individuals and families before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. As an immigration attorney, his work focused primarily on asylum, cancellation of removal for non-permanent residents, and bond proceedings. He also designed and conducted legal orientation presentations for detained asylum seekers. 

Before practicing immigration law, Professor Gluzman practiced business law, representing clients in corporate, laborm, and administrative matters in his hometown of Buenos Aires, Argentina. 

Professor Gluzman received his first degree in law from Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and earned an LL.M. degree from Vanderbilt Law School in Nashville, TN, where he was placed on the Dean's List.
