How long have you worked at Belmont University?  What attracted you to your job at Belmont?

I have worked at Belmont University as the Laboratory Manager in the School of Sciences for twelve years.  Working at Belmont appealed to me because of the opportunity to work closely with students and to assist them in reaching their academic goals.  In addition, the School of Sciences offered a challenging and rewarding work environment that encouraged collaboration between faculty, staff, and students.

What is the campus community like for staff working at Belmont?

The staff at Belmont University are active members of the campus community.  Whether attending professional, athletic, social, or spiritual events on campus, staff reflect Belmont's commitment to  lifelong learning, service, and Christian values.  Belmont's success is the result of a dedicated campus community that encourages both students and employees to develop their full potential.

What would you say to someone who is considering working at Belmont University?

Belmont University supports the personal and professional development of staff by offering a wide variety of enriching educational opportunities.  The benefit package offered by Belmont continues to expand, and university policies are family-oriented.  Each day at Belmont provides unique challenges and opportunities that allow staff members to positively impact a diverse campus community.
