The DNP-MBA is a dual degree program offered cooperatively by Belmont University School of Nursing and the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business. The program provides a unique opportunity for master's prepared nurses to get a cutting-edge education in doctoral nursing practice and business in the nation's capital for healthcare business, Nashville, Tennessee.
- Complete all the requirements for both degrees within three and a half years.
- Complete both degrees with tuition savings compared to enrolling in each program separately.
- Benefit from Belmont’s signature personal interaction with experienced, highly regarded faculty in both programs.
The Belmont DNP meets the professional standards for the practice doctorate (DNP Essentials) developed by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN). DNP courses in the post-master's program are offered in a hybrid format with intensive classes held on campus during four weekends (Friday evening & Saturday) each semester supplemented by online course work and interactions.
MBA courses at Belmont are offered during weeknight hours - 6:15 to 9:00 p.m. - on our Nashville campus, including summer coursework. Click here to learn more about Belmont's Professional Master of Business Administration (PMBA) program.
