Policies & Procedures

The Office of Event Services, in collaboration with multiple departments across campus, drafted a Policy and Procedure Manual to provide a comprehensive overview of the policies that govern the scheduling and execution of events at Belmont University, and to provide all stakeholders with the tools to more effectively plan and execute events.

The policy governs the use of all facilities (including outdoor areas) owned or leased by Belmont University or otherwise under the university’s operating authority, for both university and non-university groups and individuals. This policy sets priorities for facility usage and establishes authority for determining scheduling procedures and relevant charges.
