Belmont's Theatre and Drama minor equips students with a broad foundation of introductory theatrical course work including Acting, Directing, Design and Theatre History.

The foundation structure allows students to choose a specific area and continue with six hours of advanced study.

Students also participate in three semesters of the creation and execution of Main Stage productions, gaining the practical experience necessary to be a well-rounded theatre student.

Theatre minors are eligible to audition for all department Main Stage productions.
