Summer Online Piano Institute

Belmont University’s Summer Online Piano Institute is a fully-online summer experience for pianists rising into 9th-12th grades. Participants may study classical or jazz piano in their private lesson with a member of Belmont's nationally-recognized piano faculty.  There are also group sessions for participants that include a survey of historical classical styles, introduction to popular styles, and approaches to learning music.

Activities

  • An online private lesson with a Belmont piano professor each week from June 7 to June 30.
  • An online group session on Wednesday mornings, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm central time (June 9, 16, and 23).
  • Opportunity to submit a recording for the streamed Recital on Wednesday, June 30, 11:00 am Central Time.

Online Participant: $150

This tuition includes:

  • Four piano lessons
  • Three group classes
  • Access to the Pre-recorded Recital Stream
