Marketing Specialist

Marketing specialists help companies figure out what sells. They analyze market data on a local, regional or national level, and determine what people are buying, what gaps are in the market, what type of people buy what products, and what people are willing to spend on those products.

Customer Account Specialist

The account specialist contacts potential customers, handles the needs of existing customers, and closes sales. Their main task is to provide support for the specific region to which they are assigned, contacting customers, creating price quotes, and accepting and processing new orders.

Project Manager

A project manager takes on the chief responsibility of successfully initiating, designing, planning, controlling, executing, monitoring, and closing a project. A project manager job requires someone who can wear a lot of different hats, and who has the ability to skillfully accomplish tasks through managing a team of people since many projects require more work than one person can typically handle.


Recruiters assess the company’s staffing needs by communicating with hiring managers and senior executives regarding what talent they need. Then they help find job candidates and try to get them hired.

Human Resources Administrator

The human resources (HR) administrator is the first point of contact within a company for all HR-related inquiries. Specific tasks include handling employment contracts, recruiting, and setting up interviews for open positions in the company. Additionally, HR administrators oversee other HR personnel.
