Services for the campus
User Services provides desktop support to Belmont faculty, staff and student lab computers. User Services configures and repairs PCs that communicate through the University network, and provides software to the end user community through Microsoft’s volume-purchase software licenses agreements. We strive to provide excellent customer service to the Belmont faculty and staff as they serve the needs of the students attending the university.
The User Services technical staff performs troubleshooting and repair on campus PCs and printers and offers Microsoft software support and training. The User Services purchasing agent facilitates purchasing PCs, printers, scanners, and software purchases for Belmont. It is our commitment to continue to provide the campus with the most up-to-date computer hardware and software while diligently meeting the desktop computing needs of the campus as a whole.
