Guy Chmieleksi
University Minister
Guy came from Pepperdine University in California to become the University Minister at Belmont University in September 2005. He received his bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry from Bethel University in 1997. He earned his master of ministry degree in 2000 from Palm Beach Atlantic University, while serving as the Coordinator for Campus Ministry for the college. In 2005, he earned his doctorate of ministry in spiritual formation and leadership development from George Fox Evangelical Seminary. He has served as a pastor for youth, young adults and singles at a church in south Florida, as well as the coordinator of missions and outreach at Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky. Guy is an avid runner and has great marathon stories! He and his wife, Heather, have two children: Derek, born in 2004 and Autumn, born in 2006. Christy Ridings
Associate University Minister
Christy is a Belmont alumna with a degree in Psychology and Religion. For the past 10 years, she has been involved in various campus ministry areas at Belmont and Vanderbilt University as well as coordinating collegiate events/minstries across the nation. She loves cooking, NHL hockey and is passionate about students and hearing their stories!

Micah Weedman
Director of Outreach
Micah Weedman has experience both discerning vocational questions with undergraduate students and staying at home with his three small girls. In both cases, he has been interested in the ways theology informs the practice of daily life, especially in the context of urban life. Micah loves cities, rock and roll, and good books. He sometimes wishes he had been a chef who could surf. He is happily married to Jo Ellen Werking Weedman, a journalist and journalism educator, and they are the parents of Emmaline (4), Audrey (1) and Clara (1).

Krystal Barclay
Office Manager
Krystal is from San Bernardino, CA. She earned her B.A. in Pastoral Care/Missions from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. While a student at ORU she enjoyed being actively involved with the Universities Missions program; assisting in team leadership development and travelling to various countries. She spent several months in Quito, Ecuador partnering with the local church and teaching English at a local elementary school. Krystal has had the privilege over the the last few years of working in a variety of administrative roles at faith based not-for-profit organizations, including one exciting opportunity to partner with professional NFL teams for community outreach. In her spare time she enjoys volleyball, hiking and spending time with friends. She is excited about how God will use her specific giftings to serve the University Ministries team and the campus in her role as their Office Manager. Meagan Harris
Graduate Assistant
Meagan is pursuing her Master's in Divinity from Vanderbilt Divinity School. She is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University in southern California where she majored in Biblical Studies and Philosophy. She's a California girl at heart, but is loving Nashville more every day. She loves Diet Coke, listening to people's stories, Harry Potter, and being married to her new husband, Beau!
