About Casie
Hi! I am the Program Advisor for the Public Relations Management Program in the University College - Adult Degree Programs.
I am a graduate of Belmont University, where I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management. After Belmont, I worked in the media department at Gish, Sherwood and Friends, a local advertising agency/public relations/marketing firm. While working at Gish, I decided to go back to school to pursue a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). In addition to working on my M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration, I worked in the College of Education and interned in the Office of Student Affairs at MTSU. Shortly after graduation, I returned to Belmont to work in the Office of the Registrar, where I evaluated transfer student's transcripts for a few years. I also worked in the College of Business Administration and the University College - Adult Degree Program as the Program Advisor to students in the Professional Bachelor of Business Administration program.
Now, I enjoy being involved with all of our Public Relations management students from start to finish. I recently completed my Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) at Trevecca University, so I understand how trying it can be to work full time, have a family and pursue a degree.
