Alicia Lark Fuss is the Director of Education at Nashville Children’s Theatre, where she's been a part of the team since May of 2009. There, she strives to support NCT's mission to provide the children, families and educators of Middle Tennessee with extraordinary shared theatrical experiences that inspire imagination, develop creativity, and build community. Alicia also serves on the board of Theatre for Young Audiences USA, a national service organization whose mission is to promote the power of professional theatre for young audiences through excellence, collaboration and innovation. Alicia holds an MFA in Theatre for Young Audiences from the University of Central Florida, and has also trained as an intern through the Kennedy Center Institute for Arts Management in Washington, D.C. As an undergraduate, Alicia studied Theatre Arts at Florida State University.  Alicia is proud to work with the future theatre educators at Belmont University, and is honored to have a hand in shaping their academic journey.
