Study Abroad in Japan
May 13 to June 3, 2009
Join Belmont’s travel and study group to Japan this spring. Earn up to 6 credit hours while visiting such places as Kyoto, Hiroshima, Osaka and Nara.
Courses offered:
- Japanese Life Writing in Kyoto (ENG 3015, Junior Cornerstone)
taught by Dr. John Paine and Dr. Andrea Stover, English - From the Tokugawa to Toyota (MGT 3300, HIS 3990, HUM 2990)
taught by Dr. Cynthia Bisson, History and Dr. Marieta Velikova, COBA.
Cost
The cost, approximately $4800 (subject to currency fluctuations) (summer tuition not included) , covers lodging and breakfast in Otsu, Japan, airfare, and Japan Rail Pass.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 required by February 3, 2009.
