Students selected to attend the Australian Exchange Program must fill out the following forms. Complete and return to the Music Business Office:

- Victoria University Application
- Residential Accommodation Form
- Belmont Australia Exchange Travel Form
- Liability Form
- Medical Form
- Code of Conduct
- Major/Minor Form
International Education will issue an International Student ID Card for those traveling to Australia. Students must also obtain a visa before departing to Australia. The process can take up to 21 working days (or longer if a health problem is detected through the medical exams). In order to obtain a visa, students must be enrolled in an Australian institution and receive a 'Confirmation of Enrollment' or 'Acceptance Advice' form. The Music Business office and the Studies Abroad Program must have copies of the following forms:

- Visa (202-323-8285 or 8304)
- International Student ID
- Driver's License
- Original Picture
- E-mail address
- Mailing address
- Waiver form
