Spend a semester or a year studying Public Health or Development + Globalization in Thailand and gain a greater appreciation of the complexities and challenges facing developing countries. Explore both rural and urban sites with programs centered around experiential learning. Visit hospice or hospital wards, and the Ministry of Public Health in Bangkok. Interview members of a women’s weaving cooperative, or compile a series of community oral histories. In Thailand you’ll engage with and give back to the communities hosting you.
