Disciplinary Entities


The Dean of Students Office is responsible for administering the disciplinary process and any policies and procedures associated with it.  Professional staff members from the Division of Student Affairs may serve as Administrators for the process of inquiry and conference under the auspices of the Dean of Students who is the final appeal for most disciplinary decisions.


The Community Conduct Board may be used in administering the disciplinary process and any policies and procedures associated with it when the Dean of Students or designee believes that the board is an appropriate body to hear the incident. The board will be created from a pool of approved students, faculty and staff. The make up of the board for each inquiry will be based on availability and the nature of the incident. Each member of the board has a vote. Eligibility requirements for this board will be determined by the Dean of Students and are available from the Dean of Students Office.
