Suspension
If you are placed on academic suspension, you will be ineligible to
enroll at Belmont University for one semester (fall or spring).
After one semester of academic suspension, you may apply for
readmission. If you experience special circumstances or unusual
hardships, you may appeal to the Dean of Admissions for
continuance. This appeal must be made prior to registration of the
semester in which the suspension is to be observed.
If you receive two academic suspensions you may petition for
readmission after one year from the date of the last suspension. If
you are suspended during the semester, for whatever reason, you
will be assigned an “F” in each class and will
forfeit your tuition and fees for that semester.
