Judicial Cabinet
All Judicial powers of the Student Government Association are vested in the Judicial Cabinet, which is made up of a Parliamentarian and two Assistant Justices. All Judicial Cabinet members must be in good standing with Belmont University. The Judicial Cabinet ensures that Parliamentarian Procedure is observed at all times, hold sole jurisdiction for the interpretation of the SGA Constitution, and hears all cases involving violation of the SGA Constitution and/or By-Laws.Parliamentarian
