GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
All rules and guidelines are set forth in our constitution and by-laws. We have a standing committee that keeps track of documents and makes the necessary adjustment and changes.
GRANT PETITIONS
All student organizations that wish to be funded by SGA for their
events must fill out a Grant Petitions form and turn it in on time.
Forms will be available in the SGA office and given out at the
President's Council meetings.
ELECTIONS
Elections are held in the Fall and Spring. Spring election are for
Student Body President and Vice-President, Class Officers
(excluding Freshman), and at-large and off-campus representatives
for Congress. Fall elections are for Freshman Class officers,
on-campus representatives for Congress, and any Congress seat
remaining open.
OFFICE HOURS
Our office is located on the first floor in the Beaman Student
Life Center. Office Hours will be set in the next few weeks!
