Please review all the information on your student account. If you are expecting financial aid and it is not reflected on your student account, please contact the Office of Student Financial Services at (615) 460-6403 or send us an email with your questions to .


1098-T forms will be available for students by January 31 each year. Students can sign up for electronic delivery of the 1098-T through the payment portal of their MyBelmont account to receive an email notification once the 1098-T is ready to view. If students do not sign up for electronic delivery, we will mail a paper 1098-T.  Once the 1098-T forms have been processed, all students can access them electronically.
Please use the following steps to access your 1098-T electronically:

2. In the middle of the screen, click where you see “Want to view your tax form? Click here.”
3. On the next screen, type in Belmont University and hit submit.
4. On next screen, enter your name, social security number, and zip code. The zip code you enter must match the permanent or mailing address you currently have listed on your MyBelmont account. Hit Continue. 
5. On the next screen, you will see your 1098-T status. If have a 1098-T, you will see the status listed as Delivered. Click on the “+” sign next to delivered, and you will be able to see any 1098-T data. If you have more than one 1098-T form loaded, you will see them in descending order by tax year. Find the 1098-T form for the year you need.   
6. On the right side of the 1098-T information, you will see a view/print statement link. Click that link, and a new window will open where you can view/print your 1098-T.  
PLEASE NOTE: Belmont University has until January 31 each year to create and post your 1098-T form. If we are mailing a paper 1098-T, it will be postmarked by January 31 and mailed to the student’s mailing or permanent address.  

Monthly Payment Plan

Our monthly payment plan is administered through Tuition Management Systems. If you would like to enroll in a payment plan or have questions about your payment plan, please contact TMS directly at (800) 722-4867 or visit their website at

Residence Hall Charges

If you have specific questions regarding residence halls or meal plans, please contact the Office of Residence Life at (615) 460-5802.

Bruin Bucks

If you wish to purchase Bruin Bucks after the drop/add period is closed, please stop by Belmont Central, located in the Gabhart Student Center, or call (615) 460-5402 and they can assist you with purchasing the additional Bruin Bucks.

Holds/Financial Obligations

If a student has any financial obligation to Belmont University, the student will not be allowed to register for any subsequent semester or reserve housing until the account is paid in full. Belmont reserves the right to withhold the diploma and official transcript from students with delinquent accounts.

Non-payment of the student account or non-attendance of classes does not constitute an official withdrawal from the university.  Please refer to the Official Withdrawal Policy and the Withdrawal Form.
