Michelle Tropeano

Alma Mater: Marist College
Undergraduate Degree: Athletic Training
Hometown: Clifton, NJ
Career area of interest: Collegiate Athletic Training

Employment history: Michelle entered Belmont's Sport Administration program right out of undergrad and had yet to experience a job in athletic training. However, she has gained lots of experience as an athletic trainer since arriving at Belmont.

Why she chose Belmont's Sports Administration Program:  Michelle chose Belmont partly because they offered her a graduate assistantship where she could gain valuable athletic training experience while continuing her education by obtaining a master's degree, and because it's music city! She loves country music and being surrounded by it here in Nashville.  She visited Nashville in 2007 for CMA music fest and fell in love with the city. She says, "It's a whole different world from NJ, but it's a good different."

Graduate Assistant Responsibilities:  Michelle is the graduate assistant athletic trainer for the Bruins cross-country and track & field teams.
