Why I chose Belmont's Sports Administration Program: Belmont’s location in Nashville offered me the opportunity to intern at the collegiate and professional level while continuing my education full-time.  The internship experience as well as the classroom time has given me the edge I was looking for to get in this industry.

Sporting hero:
I have respect for so many past and current athletes that it is difficult to pick out one to name my hero.  The players that work on and off the field to improve the game and their communities are the true heroes and the reason sports are as popular as they are today.

Greatest sporting achievement:
My greatest sporting achievement has not been as a player but as an intern when we sold out a women’s basketball game at Michigan State.  The hard work and determination of the department could be seen by the 14,000+ fans that came to cheer on the team.  On top of that we won!
