Campus Mail




All mail will be delivered to your residence hall front desk or apartment clubhouse during front desk hours Monday - Friday.  Packages will need to be picked up at the mail center located at the corner of 12th Ave. and Acklen Ave. Your mailing address will be as follows:

If you change rooms, it is your responsibility to complete a Change of Address Form with the Mail Center.  This can be done online through your myBelmont account.  It is also your responsibility to notify any family, friends, creditors, banks, etc. of your change of address.

All mail will generally be placed in your mailbox by 4:00 pm each day, Monday through Friday (there is no mail delivery on Saturday or Sunday or federal holidays). If you receive a package, you will be notified by email to your Belmont email address. You may pick up your package in Mail Services located on the corner of 12th & Acklen between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.  

Students may have some of their belongings shipped to their campus address prior to their arrival. We just ask that they arrive no earlier than a week before the student because of our limited storage space.
