Campus Mail


All mail, as well as all packages, will be delivered to your residence hall lobby or apartment clubhouse. Your mailing address will be as follows:

If you change rooms, it is your responsibility to complete a Change of Address Form (available at your complex front desk). After you have completed a Change of Address Form, please submit it to the Campus Post Office. You may also place it in the On-Campus Mail slot, located with the mailboxes in the lobby of your residence hall. It is also your responsibility to notify any family, friends, creditors, banks, etc. of your change of address.

All mail will generally be placed in your mailbox by 4:00 pm each day, Monday through Friday (there is no mail delivery on Saturday or Sunday or federal holidays). If you receive a package, you will be notified by a package slip that will be placed in your mailbox. You may then have the desk assistant at the front desk in your residence hall lobby retrieve the package for you.

Students may have some of their belongings shipped to their campus address prior to their arrival. We just ask that they arrive no earlier than a week before the student because of our limited storage space.
