Is there wireless Internet in my residence hall?
Yes, according to Information Technology Services (ITS), all Residence Halls will be fully wireless by Fall 2009.
Where can I find information about parking on-campus?
The Office of Campus Security provides information about parking at http://www.belmont.edu/OCS/index.html.
Are there lofting kits available for use in my room?
Each residence hall handles lofting kits differently. Please contact the Residence Director of your complex to determine availability.
May I rent a refrigerator, microwave, or other appliance?
No, Belmont University does not provide appliance rental.
Can I bring my own mattress?
Because of Tennessee State Fire Codes for Residence Halls we cannot allow students to bring their own mattresses. Students are allowed to bring mattress toppers or egg crates.
Will I have a curfew while living on-campus?
No, there is no curfew. However, there are specific visitation rules for guests of the opposite gender. For a complete list of guidelines, please refer to the Handbook for Residential Living.
How do I make a Roommate Request?
Roommate requests can be made by clicking on the "Roommate Request Form" link above and filling out the proper information.
When is Move-In Day?

Is Married Student or Graduate Student housing available?
Belmont University does not provide married or graduate student housing. Off-campus resources are available at http://www.belmont.edu/reslife/housing/index.html .
What if I decide to not attend Belmont and need to cancel my housing?
You will need to contact your Admissions counselor immediately for direction about how to cancel.
How do I know what position I am on the Waiting List?
You are able to see your position on the waiting list by signing into your BIC account, clicking on the Housing Administration tab, then clicking Housing Selection Process.
How do I change my meal plan?
You will automatically be assigned the minimum required meal plan. You are able to change your meal plan until the final day of drop/add period of the semester. To make changes, you can access your dining plan through the BIC account, click Housing Administration tab, click on Housing Selection Process and then click Dining. Meal plans are for a full academic year and cannot be reduced between the fall and spring semesters.
When is the last day to add Bruin Bucks to my account?
The last day to add Bruin Bucks is the drop/add for the semester. You can add Bruin Bucks throughout the year through Belmont Central after this date.
