How to order transcripts
In order to receive your transcripts from Belmont University, you must submit a request in writing. You may do this by either mail or fax using the Transcript Request form or in letter form that includes the following information:

Full name

Any name changes you may have had

Your nine-digit ID number

Your current mailing address and phone number

Whether or not you completed a degree
-
Whether you want an undergraduate transcript, graduate transcript, or both

Name and complete address of where the transcript needs to be mailed

Your signature

Debit/credit card information for transcript fee
Fees are as follows: $2.00 per copy if mailed; $3.00 per copy if faxed; $5.00 per copy for immediate transcript requests. Belmont Central accepts three methods of payment for transcript fees: debit/credit card, check or cash. We do not recommend mailing cash. Fees cannot be charged to a student account.
Payment is required for all transcript requests. If you choose to fax the request for transcript form without debit/credit card ifnormation, call Belmont Central at 615-460-5402 with your card information. If you prefer to mail the fee to Belmont Central, please attach your payment to the Transcript Request Fee form.

Transcript requests are processed in the order received. There is a two to five business day timeframe to process transcripts. Please allow up to three weeks for processing requests during the months of August, December and May.
