Commencement Activities

Graduating students should check their Belmont email accounts for important deadlines, graduation announcements, and commencement activities.

 

Friday, May 1, 2020
Graduation Rehearsal - 8:30 a.m.

Degree candidates should arrive to the Curb Event Center by 8:15 a.m. Rehearsal is for all degree candidates participating in the graduation ceremonies and will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.

 

Saturday, May 2, 2020
Graduation Ceremonies - Curb Event Center:

Belmont University will award degrees to candidates on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Degree candidates will participate in either the morning or afternoon ceremony, according to their respective college. Doors to the Curb Event Center will open at approximately 8:30 a.m. for the morning ceremony and 1:30 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony.

 

Morning Commencement Ceremony - 9:30 a.m. - Curb Event Center

Arena doors will open at 8:30 a.m. Participating colleges include graduates of all degree levels in this ceremony, (Bachelor and Master).

Please Note: Candidates in the following Adult Degree Programs will participate in the ceremony with their college major.
Business Administration Adult Degree candidates will participate with Jack C. Massey College of Business. Ministry Adult Degree candidates will participate with College of Theology & Christian Ministry. Nursing and Social Work Adult Degree candidates will participate with Gordon E. Inman College of Health Sciences & Nursing.

 

Afternoon Commencement Ceremony - 2:30 p.m. - Curb Event Center

Arena doors will open at 1:30 p.m. Participating colleges include graduates of all degree levels in this ceremony, (Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral).
