Financial Aid
Scholarships are awarded to 12 candidates each year. These scholarships are renewable, contingent upon meeting the progression requirements of the PT program. No separate application is necessary for scholarships awarded by the School of Physical Therapy. When you submit an application to the PT program, your application is considered for a scholarship. Please contact the School of Physical Therapy if you have questions about our scholarships.
Additionally, clinical scholarship awards are awarded with funds provided by an anonymous donor. Pictured above are the Class of 2008 clinical scholarship recipients. The donor specified that the awards be used by the students to assist in defraying the cost of their clinical experiences.
Academic scholarships were also awarded to School of Physical Therapy students. Pictured above are the Class or 2008 academic scholarship recipients.
Scholarships were also awarded to students in the Class of 2009 and the Class of 2010. The Class of 2009 scholarship recipients are pictured above. Class of 2010 scholarship recipients are pictured below. Congratulations to all of our scholarship recipients!
PT Students Awarded Study Abroad Scholarships
Two of our third year PT students were awarded study abroad scholarships again this year. Nathan Smith and Anne Stovall each received a scholarship from the Wallace Rasmussen Study Abroad Program. The scholarships assist the students' full-time physical therapy practice experience in London, England with studies at Royal Hospital for Neuro-rehabilitation during the semester prior to their August graduation. The School of Physical Therapy congratulates our students for receiving this award and appreciates the generosity of the Wallace Rasmussen Study Abroad Program!
