Dr. Darr has been a practicing physical therapist since 1985, specializing in the areas of pediatrics and adult neurological rehabilitation.  She currently teaches pediatrics, pathology, and adult neurology.  Her research interests include the development of postural control in children and assessment and intervention strategies in pediatric gait and balance.  In collaboration with Vanderbilt University, Dr. Darr has received a grant from the National Hemophilia Foundation to study gait in children with hemophilia. Swings in Neuro
