Admission to the fall term
Applicants for the fall term are encouraged to begin the application process in early spring.
- August 1: The application deadline for the fall term.
- March 1: This is the priority date to submit the FAFSA to be considered for need-based financial aid. Our FAFSA Code is 003479. Aid will be awarded on an as-available basis after this date.
- Mid-March: Financial aid award letters will be mailed to students as awards are made and will continue to be mailed throughout the summer. You must be admitted to Belmont before you can be considered for financial aid.
- June: New Student Orientation for incoming fall students
- End of August: Welcome Week for incoming fall students

- November 15: The application deadline for the spring term
- November 1: This is the priority date to submit the FAFSA to be considered for need-based financial aid. Our FAFSA Code is: 003479. Applicants who have already received their Student Aid Report should have this forwarded to Belmont.
- Early November: Financial aid award letters will be mailed to students as awards are made and will continue to be mailed throughout the fall. You must be admitted to Belmont before you can be considered for financial aid.
- Early January: New Student Orientation for incoming spring students

Applicants for the summer term are encouraged to begin the application process in early spring.
- May 1: The application deadline for the summer term
- June: New Student Orientation for incoming summer students
- March 1: This is the priority date to submit the FAFSA to be considered for need-based financial aid for academic year beginning in the fall. You must be admitted to Belmont before you can be considered for financial aid. Aid for the summer term is based upon the FAFSA from the prior academic year. Your Student Aid Report from the prior academic year should be forwarded to Belmont. Our FAFSA Code is 003479.
- Mid-March: Financial aid award letters for the academic year beginning in the fall will be mailed to students as awards are made and will continue to be mailed throughout the summer. You must be admitted to Belmont before you can be considered for financial aid.
- May 15: The deadline to submit the Summer School Application for Financial Aid.
