Talitha Jones

Hi, y’all! My name is Talitha and I grew up a country girl from the small town of Versailles, Kentucky. Two years ago I moved to the “big” city of Nashville. It was quite a transition but I have loved every minute of creating a life here at Belmont and in this wonderful city. I am a Biology major with a pre-med emphasis. Belmont has allowed me to continue to peruse my artistic side with a dance minor, while preparing me for a future in the science field. I have enjoyed exploring my school and new home embracing all they have to offer! I am so excited to share my life as a Belmont Bruin and Nashvillian with you in my blog!

Collin Parker

Hey you guys, I’m Collin Parker. I’m a Sophomore General Business major from Huntsville, Alabama. I live in Thraillkill Hall on campus, and really enjoy the building and the guys on my floor. I couldn’t ask for a better city to spend my time in than Nashville. Whatever I’m into or want to do, I can probably find somewhere to do it because of all the great things this city has to offer. Feel free to read about my life on campus and off, and why I love being a Belmont Bruin.

John Palmer Rea

Hey guys! I'm John Palmer Rea. I'm a Senior Political Science major from Southern Illinois. I knew when I moved to Nashville that Belmont was the right place for me, but these four years have flown by! The community of this school is incredible, and of course living in Nashville is an added plus. While I've been at Belmont, I've had the opportunity to be in the Honors Program which has given me the opportunity to create my own minor in Southern Studies and work on a senior thesis. Through opportunities such as this, I've been able to tap more into myself than I ever thought possible. I hope that by reading about my last few months on campus you see how much I love Belmont, and how it could maybe be a great fit for you too!
