Feed My Starving Children
Each day 18,000 children die of starvation or starvation-related causes. Unfortunately, that is not a typo-- Eighteen thousand! This December you can do something about it. On December 10th in the Curb Event Center on the Belmont University campus, we are taking on hunger in a big way.
December 10, 2008Belmont University's Student Affairs Division in partnership with Feed My Starving Children and Word entertainment, EMI Christian Music Group, and Provident Records offers you an opportunity to make the difference between life and death for children around the world. Volunteers just like you, will prepare and pack 400,000 meals, and provide food for 1100 children for an entire year. Please consider participating in a two-hour shift. No special preparation or training is required. Simply sign up online. |
