Information for Admitted Pharmacy Students

Once a you are admitted to Belmont's School of Pharmacy, here are some links to help you with your final steps in preparing to begin your studies at Belmont:

  • Submit your $500 enrollment deposit along with your enrollment confirmation form to Belmont Central.
  • Complete and submit your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Contact the Office of Student Financial Services with any questions you may have.
  • Log on to your BU4U page
  • Complete your background check by June 15, 2009: www.myvci.com/belmont.
  • Submit your Student Health Form by July 31, 2009.  
    • Submit one copy to Student Health Services.
    • Submit one copy to the Office of Experiential Education at Belmont University School of Pharmacy. (click here for more information regarding what sections of the health form to complete and explanation of why both departments need this record.)
    • Retain a copy of your health record for yourself.
    • Student Health Form Confidentiality
  • Get connected with your classmates via the Google Group.  You will be invited to participate once your have submitted your $500 enrollment deposit.
  • Take a look at the 2009-2010 Academic Calendar.
  • After your enrollment deposit has been paid, you will need to create your BIC account, which is where you will access your university e-mail and conduct your course registration.  
    • To create your BIC account, you will need your STUDENT ID # (i.e. B12345678), which can be found at the top of your acceptance letter.
  • Priority Registration: Click here for instructions on registering for classes. Priority registration ends Friday, July 17, 2009.
    • You will not be able to register until you have paid your $500 enrollment deposit.
