Dr. Tracy Frame joined the Belmont faculty during the summer of 2014.  She graduated cum laude from Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy in Birmingham, AL.  Following graduation, she completed an ASHP-Accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Eastern Colorado Health Care System in Denver, Colorado.  After completing her residency, she became a patient care clinical manager with Kroger, Inc, in Cincinnati, OH.  She then joined the faculty at Cedarville University in 2011 as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice and developed clinical pharmacy services at a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Springfield, OH.    

As an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice, Dr. Frame teaches in the Pathophysiology and Therapeutics series, Health Assessment and a Women’s Health elective course.  Dr. Frame has established a practice site at The Next Door, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving women impacted by addiction, mental illness, trauma and/or incarceration.  She works on the medical team there which provides medically-monitored detoxification, acute medical care, chronic disease management and educational groups. This practice site serves as an Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience site for student pharmacists in their fourth year of the pharmacy curriculum.
