History
Belmonts' program Board began in 1998 under
the vision of former student Christie Martin and Belmont's
Student Affairs Office. The Program Board has since produced a
variety of community building programs for Belmont and the
Nashville Community. Student volunteer participation continues to
grow year after year. Some of the first programs include concerts
by Blessid Union of Souls and Caedmons Call and lecturers;
Holocaust Survivior Mira Kimmelman, and Rock n' Roll
Historian, Barry Drake.
