L.E.A.D. Week

week one

L.E.A.D Week is a time to train and prepare for the upcoming academic year, reconnect with friends and other leaders on campus, and to discover leadership at Belmont. 

Purpose of L.E.A.D. Week

  • To frame student leader goals for the upcoming year
  • To provide purpose for the student leaders 
  • To ensure student leaders are aware that they all develop community in their own distinctive ways, but that they all are charged with building community at Belmont
  • To assure student leaders that they are not in it alone – leadership
  • To inspire student leaders

The following student leaders are represented at L.E.A.D. Week Training:

  • Resident Assistants
  • Towering Tradition Leaders
  • Orientation Council
  • Student Government Association Executive Cabinet 
  • Student Activities Programming Board Executive Cabinet
  • Panhellenic Execs
  • Greek Chapter Leaders 
  • University Ministry student leaders
