Phi Delta Theta
The Tennessee Zeta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta was originally founded at Belmont University on January 26, 1996, making it the first fraternity in campus to affiliate either nationally or internationally.
Steeped in tradition, Phi Delt focuses on instilling three cardinal principles in each of its 225,000 members around the world: friendship, sound learning, and moral rectitude. Members are involved in campus organizations such as Student Government, NCAA Division 1 Athletics, Service Corps and Towering Traditions leaders as well as numerous other activities.
Notable Alumni include Neil Armstrong, Lou Gehrig, President Benjamin Harrison and Burt Reynolds among numerous CEO's, Professional Athletes and Politicians.
