Congratulations on making the Dean’s List at Belmont University.
Belmont's Office of Communications now uses a cloud-based software called Merit to publish individualized stories online about our students' accomplishments, everything from making the dean's list to participating in study abroad to performing in a musical theatre production. This is a free service to our students intended to support the good work they're doing during their Belmont careers, and Merit automatically forwards the information to students' hometown media, relieving students and their families of that extra step. Dean's list recipients will receive their official Merit achievement badge via email within a few weeks of the end of a given semester, and their hometown newspapers will automatically be informed of their accomplishment. Click here to see an overview of Belmont's Merit awards. To opt out of the program, students may simply reply to the email they receive from Merit and ask to be removed. Or, email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll make a note on your records. You may opt out at any time. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Communications at email@example.com
