Belmont University, and third party entities supporting the University’s payment systems, will not release any student financial information unless required to do so by law. The University has implemented strict security measures to ensure that financial information is kept private, and all third party agents and independent contractors fully comply with GLBA and FERPA.

Any information shared with a third party is done to ensure continued operation of the University. Any third party that gains information as an agent or independent contractor of Belmont University must comply with FERPA and HIPAA, and will not disclose any information to an outside party.
