Six steps to set-up your new account

We think you're going to love the improvements you find with the new myBELMONT, including one click access to services and a more appealing user experience... but it does require a bit of set up. Regardless of how long you've been at Belmont, each individual must go through the First Time User experience by following the steps described below.

Step one.

Click here to launch the new myBelmont page. We recommend Firefox, Safari or Chrome as the best web browsers for viewing this system.

Step two.

Click the "First Time Users" button in the red box on the right hand side of the page.

Step three.

On the first screen, enter your BUid number, birth date and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Your BUid begins with the letter "B" and can can be found on your University identification card.

Step four.

On the second screen, choose a User Name and Password. Please, choose a User Name you can remember and will want to keep forever—like most secure systems (think of your online banking account), user names require jumping through more hoops to change. Create it, and write it down!

Step five.

Then follow the instructions listed to choose an applicable password.

Step six.

On the third screen, the new myBelmont will ask you to select a security question which will allow you to recover your password if it's ever forgotten. Please wait a minute as mybelmont completes Your registration. This may take several seconds.
