Steve Willets
Steve Willets earned his BME from George Peabody College.
His performance credits include working with a wide variety of artists including; Sandi Patti,Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman,Brenda Lee,Bonnie Bramlett,Crystal Gayle, Boots Randolph,Ricky Van Shelton, Kevin Mahogany, the Drifters, Coasters, Ink Spots, and the Mills Bros. Mr. Willets has , and continues to perform on various recording projects for gospel, rock, jazz,and country artists , songwriters and jingles while in demand as a solo pianist, keyboard sideman/singer.
In addition to his performance credentials, Mr. Willets writes, produces and performs custom and original songs for many consumer corporations. His past experience includes work with the Honda, Dollar General, Bridgestone/Firestone and Harley Davidson corporations.
With his extensive background as a music director, conductor and orchestra leader (seventeen years with Opryland USA Showpark, and three years with American Hawaii Cruise Lines), Mr. Willets provides his students with a broad range of practical commercial music styles and excellence in musicianship. He seeks to foster musical growth and inspiration for all of his students.
