University Singers
Interim Director: Dr. David Keith
University Singers (MUN 3890) is a choir of 50-60 voices, which performs traditional choral literature. This ensemble serves two purposes by becoming a performance choir with 3-4 concerts per year and a lab choir for students enrolled in the Master's program conducting course.
The ensemble is comprised of incoming freshman men and sophomore, junior, and senior women selected from the Women's Choir. Rehearsals are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1:00pm - 1:50pm. University Singers offers one hour of ensemble credit.
No audition required for men. Women are auditioned from Women's Choir (information available at the beginning of each Fall semester).
