Southbound (MUN 3830) is Belmont University's country music ensemble featuring eight singers and a full band. Southbound performs a variety of music styles including current country, progressive country, country standards, western swing, country rock and rockabilly, crossover and the blues. Performance of original material is also encouraged.

Commitment for both Fall and Spring semesters is required. Rehearsals are from 3:00pm - 4:50pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This course offers one hour of ensemble credit.
