Phoenix

Phoenix (MUN 3810) was formed in 1995. This 10-voice mixed group performs in several styles, including pop, R & B, rock, and alternative music. A full band accompanies the group as they perform regularly throughout the year.

Commitment for the entire year is required. Rehearsals are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00pm - 4:50pm. Phoenix offers one hour of ensemble credit.

Audition required: 2 prepared vocal selections from pop, rock, R & B, or alternative - contrasting tempos and style, possible sight-reading and harmonization testing.
