The Service Desk is a one call IT service center that allows users to call a single number to request information, report an incident, or ask for help. Some simple issues are handled by the initial phone support personnel through remote access, while other more complex issues are forwarded to the queue of a specialized team member. Based on the priority of the call, this team member will follow up with the user and resolve the issue remotely or by visiting the user in person.

Centralizing the help desk services behind a single number and consistent process allows us to provide more efficient service for all faculty/staff.
