The Belmont Law Review welcomes article submissions from law school professors and practitioners. Articles of all lengths will be considered.
The Law Review is published annually. Each issue of the Law Review publishes articles from law professors and practitioners, as well as 3 student notes. The Belmont Law Review welcomes note submissions from law students currently attending either Belmont University College of Law or another law school. Students from other law schools who wish to submit their note for publication should follow the article submission process explained below.

The Belmont Law Review [strongly prefers] electronic submissions. Articles can be submitted:
The Belmont Law Review prefers electronic submissions, but we will accept hard copy submissions. Hard copy submissions should include one copy of your manuscript, as well as a CV and a cover letter that provides the following details: the name of your manuscript, your telephone number, your address, and e-mail address. We regret that manuscripts cannot be returned.
