Computer Labs   

Belmont University has several computer labs on campus that are open for student, faculty, staff and alumni use. A Belmont ID is required for entry. Lab hours and computer availability vary.  In both the Massey and Bunch labs there are print stations for printing.  

Bunch/McWhorter Lab Cool Springs Computer Lab Massey Computer Lab

Massey Computer Lab:

Located on the 3rd floor of the Massey Business Center, the Massey Lab offers three rooms of up-to date Dell desktop PCs as well as laser jet printers, a scanner and copy machines *. All computers are connected to the campus network and the internet, and are preloaded with Microsoft Massey Computer Lab Office 2000 or XP. Any other essential software is also loaded onto the computers and professors can request special software applications to be made available to their classes for academic use.

Regular Hours: M-F 7am-10pm, Sat. 8:30am-7pm, Sun. 3pm-7pm

Bunch/McWhorter Lab:

Commonly referred to by students as the Library Computer Lab, the Bunch/McWhorter Lab can be found on the 1st floor of the Lila D. Bunch Library. It boasts 34 new Dell desktop PCs as well as two laser jet printers *. All essential software, including Microsoft Office 2000 or XP are preloaded onto the computers and they are all connected to the campus network as well as the internet.

Regular Hours: M-Th. 7:30am-9pm, F 7:30am-4:30pm, Sat. 12pm-4:30pm, Sun. 5pm-9pm

Computer Labs in Bunch/McWhorter

Humanities Computer Lab:

The Humanities Lab, also known as the Wheeler Lab or Education Lab, is located on the first floor of the Wheeler Humanities Building. Wheeler Computer Lab It contains several models of Macintosh and PC computers which can be used for word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and presentations. Students have access to Belmont's intranet, the world wide web and teleconferencing equipment for research and training. The lab is used to provide the training mandated by the State Department of Education for licensure in all areas. It is open on a limited basis for individual student use.
