Did your password expire?
There are two ways to get help.
1. First go to home.microsoftonline.com and login and select option 2, "Go to my company portal"
2. Call Networks Services (x5469) or (x5448) to reset your password

Passwords must be changed every 90 days. Microsoft Exchange is a secure email system so please keep track of your email in a safe place. You can store your emails in an encrypted word document. ALso, use pass phrases so you can remember your email password. Example....I love icecream today as one word ...iloveicecream2day
