Email Instructions and Setup

For Students

Students create their email account when they set up their BIC accounts.  You must be accepted at Belmont before you can create a BIC account.

To create a BIC and Email account go to bic.belmont.edu.  The system will step you through account creation.  Student email is hosted on Google.

For Faculty and Staff

All faculty and staff must have a valid Belmont email address before creating a BIC account.   To set up your email account

call Network Services at 460-5469.  They will create your account usually the same day.

For Alumni and friends of Belmont

 All Alumni can have a Belmont address using the new alumni portal.  The portal can be visited on the web at alumni.belmont.edu.  Students who graduate can keep their student address for up to 6 months. After that period your Belmont email box will be deleted.  If you want to keep a Belmont branded email address you can key in your home email into your alumni web account.
